How'd you get that blur effect, out of interest?

Looks like blue inks/paints? Very cool. She looks like she's glowing.

hahaha...exactly...i get this font today...love it
about the blur effect, im not shure but i think i do like this:
duplicate the layer> gaussian blur 2.0/3.0 +- > motion blur 90° > erase some parts in the face and body
its not dificult

Ah, it was just that this was classed as tradtitional art, so I wondered if you'd done it by hand somehow. It did look vaguely photoshopped. [Motion blur may have worked too...]

it´s a tradicilnal art, painted with "talens guaché" but i retouch somethings ^^
