I concur with Cern, the underlying message is unclear if it's not straightened up with a descriptive text tagged along with it. While maintaining a visually stunning look, and I by the way love the way you have added different kinds of texture to the piece, it still does not portray the message in the most direct possible way it could.

Nevertheless, I am partly intrigued as to what various steps you went through with this piece! :)
